Matt Leedham - Coach, Facilitator, Artist, Connector
Matt works extensively with entrepreneurs and leaders in the technology industry worldwide, focusing on areas such as leadership development, effective communication, strategic planning, goal setting, and experience sharing. Every day, he wakes up with a strong desire to assist leaders in reaching their full potential.
Currently, Matt is actively involved in cultivating a curated community of technology leaders and establishing platforms that facilitate connection and the sharing of experiences among them. He has also played a significant role in fostering community connections at the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), a prominent organization dedicated to the personal and professional growth of business owners. In 2010, Matt co-founded Velocity Coaching, where he provided facilitation, coaching, strategic planning, and business development services to small business entrepreneurs. Additionally, he served as a part-owner and a member of the founding leadership team at uKnow in 2004, focusing on enhancing college acceptance opportunities for low-income, under-resourced public school youth in Washington DC and Baltimore.
Matt possesses a deep passion and extensive experience in leading remote teams across the globe. Through proven planning processes, he guides these teams to achieve alignment, focus, and accountability. He firmly believes that intentional planning and execution skills can be imparted through rhythmic communication and peer accountability.
Furthermore, Matt is an Authorized Partner/Distributor of DiSC assessments and products. He collaborates with entrepreneurs and leadership teams, helping them gain a better understanding of their strengths and improving their communication skills, which ultimately has a significant impact on their organizations.
On a personal note, Matt is a married individual and a proud native of New Jersey, with a love for the Yankees. He currently resides in Virginia. Aside from his professional pursuits, Matt indulges in various hobbies and interests. He enjoys creating images, savoring Rueben sandwiches, writing memoirs, and practicing the art of bookbinding. Notably, he has completed two marathons, a triathlon, and even experienced the thrill of participating in the Running of the Bulls.
