Andrew "Mo" Molina is a leadership coach and the owner of Chispa. He has trained and coached in the professional development space for seven years, working with a range of clients from K12 educators to non-profit and tech leaders. Mo brings a wide-ranging toolkit to his development work. He holds two engineering degrees from Stanford (BS in Management Science and Engineering and MS in Computer Science), has taught at Stanford’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (the d.school), and is also a trained actor. This combination of strong structure and analysis, creative process and artistic expression allows him to build bridges into the world of interpersonal dynamics and leadership for a myriad of folks in far-ranging contexts. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and new cat, Biscuit.
